Longlead AI watches public government records and infers which upcoming projects, facilities, or accounts are likely to need your company’s services before that need is publicly named. It delivers ranked opportunities — each citing the public record it was derived from, with a confidence score and an estimated lead-time window — plus an evidence-backed qualification view naming the counterparty to approach, so you can decide whether to pass, watch, or move forward.

After you decide to move forward on an opportunity, you may optionally track it in Longlead Pipeline and/or send it as a one-way snapshot to your own connected CRM. Neither is required, and the service does not contact anyone on your behalf. Any outreach is made by you, through your own channels, and you are responsible for it, including compliance with applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA.

You sign in with a Google account or an emailed sign-in link. Keep access to your account secure, and give us accurate information about your company — the product’s output depends on it. You must be authorized to act for the company whose workspace you set up.

Longlead AI is sold as a subscription at the price and billing term stated in your order. The price is the same whichever scopes your plan covers and wherever you work; the scopes you choose shape the opportunities in your feed, not the fee. Monthly subscriptions renew every month; annual subscriptions renew yearly at a discount to twelve monthly payments. Subscriptions bought before this change keep the billing term stated in their own order. Plans are non-exclusive: we may serve other firms in your market, and we do not sell exclusive rights to any scope or territory. Fees are non-refundable except where your order says otherwise or the law requires it.

• Don’t resell, redistribute, or scrape the feed or its contents.
• Don’t share your account outside the company that subscribed.
• Don’t use the service to break the law, including in any outreach you make.
• Don’t probe, disrupt, or attempt to access other customers’ data.

Your labels, annotations, notes, pipeline, and company configuration are yours. We use them only to operate the service for you, as described in the privacy policy — your specific deals, relationships, and margins are never shown to another customer or used to fine-tune a shared model. Identity-stripped general industry knowledge may transfer as inspectable baseline rules for other customers in the same industry. The software, and the underlying public-record data it processes, are not yours to claim exclusive rights over.

The service’s output is inference: predictions derived from public records, each carrying its stated confidence and estimated timing. We work hard to make it accurate, and we show our evidence — but we do not guarantee that any opportunity is correct, complete, or will result in business. Verify before you commit resources.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longlead AI’s total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and Longlead AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current subscription term. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms; if we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your prepaid term. On termination we delete your workspace data as described in the privacy policy.

If these terms change materially, we will update the date above and notify active customers by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
